Feeling lonely or isolated
All of us will feel lonely at some point in our lives, and it can be difficult to cope with. But there are things you can do to feel better and people who can help.
Learning about loneliness
It’s normal to feel lonely sometimes, or to experience feelings of isolation. If you feel this way, it doesn’t mean there is anything wrong with you. There is support available, and things you can do to help with this feeling.
While it is more common to experience loneliness as an older adult, anyone can experience loneliness at any time. If loneliness is affecting you and your mental health, remember there is support out there and there are things you can do to help.
